About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with Umpisa Inc., a technology services company delivering digital transformation, modern software development, and venture-building solutions
- Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria
- Prepare Business Requirements Documents when applicable
- Prepare UAT test scripts, Knowledge Transfer documents, user manuals, and training materials
- Apply software/product development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum framework knowledge
- Conduct Knowledge Transfer sessions and training for team members and stakeholders
- Participate in on-site training in Singapore in October and Manila in November–December
- Develop and deliver training materials, guides, and documentation to support upskilling and knowledge handover
- Collaborate with technical personnel, end-users, project teams, clients, and stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of experience in requirements gathering and systems analysis, release management, project management, or service transition
- Experience working with various business processes in the domains of Banking (loans or deposits)
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent analytical, communication and interpersonal skills for working with technical personnel and end-users at multiple levels
- Experience with problem solving, workflow systems analysis, process redesign, user training, and documentation
- Advanced knowledge of software development life cycle
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross functional work teams toward task completion
- General PC knowledge including MS Office
- ITIL certification is a nice to have skill
- Nice to have experience with deploying packaged applications
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work as part of a self-organizing Scrum team in a scaled agile framework
- Self-starter who collaborates with the team and client
- Strong training and facilitation skills, including conducting Knowledge Transfer sessions and upskilling team members and stakeholders
- Strong insurance industry experience/exposure
