Key responsibilities & impact- Source and hire select technology professionals
- Strategize and execute methods to identify and fill job openings
- Interview candidates and maintain a database of candidates and applications
- Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and IT team leaders to determine staffing needs and roles
- Coordinate with team leaders to forecast business goals, department goals, and hiring needs
- Recommend creative strategies to attract talent across the country
- Create job descriptions and post them on relevant job boards such as JobStreet, Mynimo, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- Source potential candidates through job postings and other channels
- Craft and send personalized recruiting correspondence to passive and active candidates
- Identify candidates and assess qualifications through resume reviews, interviews, and other communications
- Maintain candidate contact and communicate application status
- Perform background and reference checks
Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Good understanding of technology and technical skills
- Technical expertise to understand and explain job requirements for technology roles
