About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the Product role within a cross-functional pod spanning Product, Development, UX, QA, and subject-matter experts
- Lead the problem-to-PRD loop from problem framing and intent through prototyping, execution, validation, and post-launch learning
- Operate in a hyper-agile development cycle with Product and Development working in fusion
- Drive AI-assisted product development through multi-agent workflows, rapid iteration, and quality review
- Build and maintain the product context layer, including skills, agent prompts, jobs-to-be-done, competitive positioning, institutional knowledge, and moat context
- Own and influence a problem-oriented roadmap focused on customer outcomes and strategic bets
- Translate customer and market insight into product requirements, prototypes, and launch-ready deliverables
- Develop deep understanding of user personas and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
- Monitor competitive and market developments across AEC and adjacent markets
- Define success metrics, evaluation approaches, and feedback loops for LLM- and agent-driven experiences, including human-in-the-loop validation
- Support training, beta, and pilot programs, then drive adoption, learning, and post-launch iteration
- Communicate with clarity and strong storytelling to influence decisions and align technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Model effective AI use in day-to-day product management and help evolve Product operations in an AI-first organization
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of software product management experience
- Previous accountancy experience or experience building ERP or accounting software for AEC customers
- Proven success operating as the product lead within a tightly embedded, cross-functional delivery model
- Experience operating in a hyper-agile or AI-accelerated product development environment
- Strong experience turning customer and market insight into actionable requirements, prototypes, and launch-ready product capabilities
- Experience supporting a major product launch and scaling the product through post-launch learning, adoption, and iteration
- Ability to understand data models and information retrieval methods
- Proficiency using analytics to inform product and business decisions
- Comfort working with technical architecture and mapping data flows
- Strong planning, execution, product delivery, and stakeholder communication skills
- Familiarity with AI ethics and responsible AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and accountability
- Ability and willingness to travel to customer and/or partner sites, conferences, and other field events
- Accounting or finance background, including CPA certification (preferred)
- Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, prompt engineering, LLM orchestration, and AI-assisted authoring of product requirements or prototypes
- Experience designing or shaping agentic workflows, LLM-powered experiences, or other AI-assisted product capabilities
- Fluency with modern AI product-development tooling such as Cursor, Glean, Claude Code, Replit, and MCP-connected workflows
