About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java/Spring Boot on the back end and React/TypeScript on the front end
Develop REST APIs, business logic, reusable components, and integrations with relational databases
Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand business processes, analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions
Identify gaps or ambiguities in requirements and contribute ideas that improve technical solutions and user experience
Write clean, maintainable, secure, and well-tested code
Perform testing, debugging, troubleshooting, code reviews, and performance optimization across the application stack
Contribute to technical design decisions and improve existing applications and development practices
Create and maintain technical documentation
Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with developers, analysts, QA engineers, and other delivery team members

Requirements

What you’ll need

Around 3+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for back-end development
Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript for front-end development
Solid experience designing and consuming REST APIs, implementing business logic, and integrating applications with relational databases
Experience with Oracle, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
Experience with testing frameworks, debugging, and application performance optimization
Good understanding of secure coding principles, Git, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working within Agile/Scrum development teams
Genuine interest in understanding business processes and functional requirements, with ability to translate business needs into effective technical solutions
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Business-fluent English with strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
