About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Architect, design, implement and operate secure solutions, focusing on Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments
Act as a senior technical advisor to clients on cloud and cybersecurity architecture, technologies and implementation choices
Assess client requirements and existing infrastructure, identify security gaps, and translate business and technical needs into target architectures and solutions
Lead deployment and integration of SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM, DLP and related security controls in client environments
Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides and standard operating procedures
Provide effort estimates and technical input for proposals and prospective cybersecurity projects
Support clients and internal teams through technical guidance, mentoring and knowledge transfer

Requirements

What you’ll need

University/College degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology or other relative discipline
5+ years of proven experience in Security Engineering, including demonstrated senior-level ownership of solution architecture and design
Strong hands-on expertise in Microsoft Azure architecture and security, including identity, networking, governance, monitoring and security controls
Hands-on experience with enterprise security technologies such as SIEM, EDR/XDR, IAM/PAM, DLP, IDS/IPS, vulnerability management and encryption
Good working knowledge of Linux environments and core network/web protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/S)
Problem solving skills and analytical thinking
Strong communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration and the ability to explain complex security concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Stay updated on the latest developments in cybersecurity
Excellent knowledge of the English language, written and verbal
Flexibility to travel abroad, mainly EU countries, 5% of working time
