About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business and user requirements, translating them into clear, detailed specifications
Conduct interviews, workshops, and process analysis to capture and document functional and non-functional requirements
Design efficient, scalable system architectures, including data structures, workflows, user interfaces, and integrations
Evaluate suitable technologies and platforms and ensure the technical feasibility of proposed solutions
Collaborate with software developers to implement and test systems
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from coding and debugging through unit, integration, and user acceptance testing
Provide ongoing support for production systems by identifying and resolving issues
Implement enhancements and upgrades
Collaborate with operations and technical support teams to ensure system stability, security, and performance

Requirements

What you’ll need

Knowledge of the Billing, Tax, Finance, PMS, Procurement, Inventory/Costing, Management Accounting, Fixed Assets, and People Management modules, as well as the CFG and SDU modules
Experience with the ADVLP language (Protheus)
Advanced knowledge of SQL Server
Basic knowledge of Windows Server
Strong communication and logical reasoning skills

Completed or ongoing higher education in a relevant field
Availability to work on-site in Timbó, Santa Catarina, Brazil
Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:12 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday through Friday
