About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide onsite support to patients and hospital staff
  • Ensure services meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve service issues

Requirements

What you’ll need

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work onsite at hospitals daily and travel between each location as needed
  • Must be able to lift 25 lbs. and climb a 6-foot ladder
  • Must meet hospital requirements for immunizations and screenings, including COVID-19 vaccination and Flu vaccination
