About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the development of negotiation strategies.
- Conduct financial analyses, negotiation impact analyses, and analyses of moderately complex scenarios.
- Develop, structure, and monitor operational and tactical performance indicators, ensuring data consistency.
- Manage and monitor the department’s action plans.
- Support the organization and updating of process and quality management documentation.
- Contribute to project governance, schedule development, and delivery tracking.
- Participate in the implementation of improvement projects, including new software, systems, and management tools.
- Monitor the department’s budget, tracking variances and supporting financial controls.
- Provide technical support for negotiation processes through analyses and simulations.
- Contribute to the identification and mitigation of operational risks.
- Promote best practices, support internal audits, and foster a culture of performance measurement and continuous improvement.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Production Engineering, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Specialization in Processes, Projects, Innovation, and/or Planning.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
