About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and continuously develop digital services and offerings in myUNIQA
- Work in an interdisciplinary, agile digital team to evaluate new digital business ideas
- Guide and take responsibility for ideas and initiatives through to decision readiness at the interface between business units and Product Owners
- Support the development of initial MVPs
- Analyze commercial viability, innovative potential, and strategic fit with digital front ends and omnichannel initiatives
- Develop business cases and testable hypotheses
- Analyze and validate the customer value of new ideas with real users in collaboration with UX
- Prepare and present ideas to stakeholders, including recommendations for next steps
- Hand over ideas selected for further development to UX and Product Owners for implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Several years of experience in an agile environment, ideally in innovation management, strategy, consulting, or product management
- Relevant advanced education or professional training
- Experience evaluating business ideas, preparing business cases, and working with digital KPIs
- Knowledge of Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and agile ways of working
- Strong understanding of business relationships and technological trends
- Ability to work with data and hypotheses and derive strategic recommendations for action
- Experience tailoring and presenting ideas to stakeholders in a target-group-oriented manner
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Openness to innovative technologies
- Willingness to use artificial intelligence responsibly in day-to-day work
- Commitment to continuously developing your own skills
