About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the day-to-day creative workflow in Monday.com from intake through closeout
- Build and maintain workflows covering brief review, assignment, creative development, reviews, revisions, approval, production, delivery, and closeout
- Maintain project statuses, owners, deadlines, dependencies, priorities, deliverables, and stakeholder information
- Create and manage Monday.com boards, dashboards, forms, templates, automations, dependencies, notifications, and reporting views
- Establish standardized intake procedures and evaluate incoming requests for objectives, priority, urgency, complexity, resources, and realistic timelines
- Monitor creative capacity and workloads, identifying conflicts, bottlenecks, overdue approvals, and at-risk projects
- Assign and traffic projects across designers, multimedia specialists, production resources, and other creative personnel
- Conduct workflow reviews and proactively follow up with team members and stakeholders
- Provide Creative leadership with reporting on workload, project volume, capacity, deadlines, bottlenecks, turnaround times, and workflow health
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate repetitive administrative processes
- Maintain Monday.com as the department’s single source of truth
- Foster collaboration among cross-functional teams for brainstorming, review, and creative execution
- Support senior creative leaders in maintaining creative vision and brand alignment
- Identify and resolve project roadblocks while maintaining quality and delivery schedules
- Ensure creative assets are reviewed for consistency, accuracy, and brand alignment
- Create detailed project timelines and production schedules
- Track project progress and communicate updates, delays, and issues to teams and stakeholders
- Lead post-project reviews and provide feedback for future improvement
- Co-manage production budgets when necessary
- Coordinate external vendors, freelancers, and agencies when necessary
- Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, team members, printers, and vendor partners
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in communications, advertising, marketing and/or related field
- 3–5+ years of experience in project management, preferably within a creative or marketing environment
- Previous advertising, creative, or marketing industry-related experience required
- Proven track record managing multiple creative projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in Monday.com; proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or similar
- Comfortable with digital asset management systems and creative tools, including Adobe Creative Suite, Google Drive, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office
- Experience with budgeting and cost management
- Familiarity with design, marketing, or advertising/design principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced, in-house creative or ad-agency environment
- Experience working in cross-functional teams with varying priorities and tight timelines
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-solving ability in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Understanding of the creative process and ability to contribute to brainstorming and problem-solving
- Adaptability across creative projects with unique challenges and timelines
- Ability to motivate and inspire creative team members and stakeholders
- PMP or other relevant project management certification preferred
