About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the development and execution of comprehensive OCM strategies, plans, and methodologies for various projects and programs
Conduct change impact assessments and readiness analyses to identify potential resistance and develop mitigation strategies
Design and deliver communication plans, stakeholder engagement activities, and training programs to support change adoption
Collaborate with project teams, leadership, and other stakeholders to integrate OCM activities into overall project plans
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of OCM initiatives, making adjustments as needed to achieve desired outcomes
Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers on their roles in supporting organizational change
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across all levels of the organization
Contribute to the continuous improvement of OCM practices and methodologies within Unisys

Requirements

What you’ll need

Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful Strategy Plans within an organizational change management context
Proven ability to lead and manage change initiatives in a complex corporate environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels
Experience with change management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR)
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field
Applicant should be eligible for any required authorizations from the U.S. Government for access to export-controlled commodities and technology
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci) is a plus
