About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the main point of contact for enterprise customers
  • Guide customers on the best engagement with Unit21 based on their current and evolving needs
  • Build broad and deep customer relationships to understand success criteria
  • Communicate Unit21’s value to customers’ businesses
  • Retain ongoing customer business
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell growth by identifying new use cases and pain points in customers’ fraud and AML workflows
  • Own net revenue retention for the assigned book of business
  • Advocate for customers internally
  • Bring data-backed customer trends and feedback to the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of customer-facing experience focused on retention, growth, and driving account strategy
  • Experience managing complex retention and cross-sell opportunities
  • Ability to lead negotiations for accounts with $200k+ ARR
  • Ability to work independently and with a small team in a highly dynamic environment
  • Ability to switch rapidly between strategy and execution while handling multiple ongoing projects
  • Ability to demo the product to new users
  • Ability to conduct executive business reviews
  • Ability to iterate on an AI Agent
  • Ability to synthesize product feedback across teams
  • Ability and willingness to travel to see customers on-site as required
  • Ability to build long-lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Process-oriented mindset with ability to identify recurring patterns and improve ongoing processes
  • Outstanding project management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic and ownership mindset
  • Curiosity and willingness to develop deep product and customer-business knowledge
