About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide primary support for Commercial Lending data analysis, reporting, and system support
  • Complete daily data input into the Annual Review database for portfolio management, risk dashboards, monthly reporting, and incentive programs
  • Develop and execute test cases for commercial lending system functionality, including Moody’s CreditLens
  • Resolve business process and technical questions through the Credit Administration Technology helpline
  • Evaluate credit risk policies and procedures and recommend process improvements
  • Contribute to commercial lending sub-projects and working groups in an agile development environment
  • Support Credit Administration’s use of credit software and databases for reporting and portfolio monitoring
  • Oversee the design and administration of top-of-the-house credit reporting
  • Represent the business side for ad hoc reporting assignments and requests
  • Support acquisition and conversion activities
  • Participate in required compliance training, including Bank Secrecy Act/anti-money laundering training
  • Perform other assigned duties and responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • College degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of banking or financial services experience
  • 2–3 years supporting commercial lending, credit administration, loan operations, reporting, or business systems
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to document, execute, and validate system test cases
  • Ability to research and resolve operational and system-related issues
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting applications used for data analysis and business reporting
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background and credit check
  • Ability to work in a professional office environment
  • Ability to meet sedentary, climbing, standing, stooping, or typing requirements
