About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Achieve individual production goals
  • Support the manager in coordinating the daily operations of the unit
  • Perform accurate and timely quality assurance reviews on loan boarding, critical loan maintenance, and original loan files
  • Ensure original loan documents are received from settlement agents and Account Officers and retained satisfactorily
  • Ensure the team completes loan boarding and loan maintenance requests according to Service Level Agreements
  • Assist in prioritizing and managing the team’s daily workload
  • Assist with new hire training
  • Assist with pre- and post-conversion activities
  • Act as a subject matter expert and resource for team members
  • Troubleshoot and resolve procedural and technical issues within the unit

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background & credit check
  • Experience in Loan Operations and/or Loan Processing
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Detail-oriented approach
  • Must be able to perform essential functions with reasonable accommodations as needed
