About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead end-to-end design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions for integrated enterprise finance and operational processes
Provide functional leadership across Record to Report (RTR), Source to Pay (S2P), and Order to Cash (OTC) processes
Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, workflow enhancements, and SAP S/4HANA functionality
Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and Procurement stakeholders
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations
Lead requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing coordination, deployment, and post-go-live support
Support software upgrades and maintain financial master data integrity
Ensure reliable, compliant, and end-to-end system performance across enterprise operations

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a live SAP environment with a Bachelor's Degree, or 6+ years of experience supporting and maintaining a live SAP environment with a Master's Degree
4+ years of hands-on SAP functional experience in cash management, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
Experience with two or more SAP FI/CO areas, including general ledger, project systems, asset accounting, cost center accounting, margin analysis, and product cost controlling
Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA cash management, treasury, and risk management
Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), Concur, TrinTech or other account reconciliation software, ServiceNow, and GL Wand (InsightSoftware)
Experience in enterprise structure design and finance master data management
Ability to achieve results in complex situations
Ability to convert business needs into technical requirements and design robust technical solutions
Strong time management and ability to multitask without compromising quality
Excellent communication and documentation skills
SAP Certification preferred
Experience with Fit-Gap workshops, configuration, testing, documentation, and training preferred
Familiarity with US GAAP and financial reporting standards preferred
Experience in accounting or business process solutions/consulting preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including MS Project, Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint preferred
SAP experience in Life Sciences and validated systems preferred
