About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process daily ACH, lockbox, check, and cash deposits from operating bank accounts
  • Ensure accurate coding and timely data entry
  • Manage check deposit workflows, including scanning and documentation retention
  • Transmit payment files through online banking platforms while adhering to internal controls
  • Record and reconcile cash transactions
  • Process credit card transactions from corporate partners for fundraising and special events
  • Maintain and process donor pledge data using integrated connector systems
  • Execute financial adjustments and updates within Andar
  • Generate and verify monthly billing statements
  • Manage sponsor-related pledges, documentation tracking, and relationship setup for invoicing
  • Support reconciliation of audited pledge data against Development team reporting
  • Assist with donor collections outreach
  • Support Donor Advised Fund processing
  • Communicate with internal organizational levels and outside groups seeking meeting location reservations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Two (2) years of experience in an office or administrative setting
  • Knowledge of modern web browsers
  • Beginner in Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Beginner in Andar and Financial Edge
  • Must be highly organized
  • Demonstrate a high level of customer service abilities and understanding
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule based on meeting schedules
