About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as head coach for the Overwatch team
Provide player and team development for Overwatch
Contribute to holistic development of student-athletes
Attend and oversee formal team practices, matches, and reviews
Work with the Esports Coordinator to implement the team's plan and attain goals
Establish effective tactics and strategies with the team
Help establish rosters before the season
Serve as point of contact for opponents and internal stakeholders
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's Degree at time of application
Demonstrated interest or experience in competitive play for Overwatch
Demonstrated leadership skills
Demonstrated organizational skills
Legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire and throughout the employment term
