About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and conduct economic evaluations, including cost-effectiveness, cost-utility, and budget impact analyses, of drugs and technologies
- Analyze real-world data to determine resource use, healthcare costs, and incremental costs using robust methods
- Develop study protocols and contribute to research proposals
- Translate findings into reports, presentations, and publications for technical, policy-maker, and lay audiences
- Collaborate with stakeholders and multidisciplinary research teams
- Apply critical appraisal skills to interrogate existing economic models and cost-effectiveness submissions
Requirements
What you’ll need- MSc in Health Economics, Economics, Epidemiology, or a related field
- Minimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in health economics, health services research, or real-world evidence research
- Demonstrated expertise in health economic evaluation, including costing analyses, cost-effectiveness analysis, budget impact analysis, and use of real-world data
- Demonstrated success managing complex, multi-stakeholder research projects
- Experience working with administrative or clinical data and familiarity with data access and data governance processes
- Strong scientific writing skills and experience contributing to peer-reviewed publications, technical reports, reimbursement submissions, or policy documents
- Advanced knowledge of quantitative research methods, study design, and health economic methodologies
- Experience analyzing and interpreting large real-world healthcare datasets
- Proficient writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Organization and project management abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and statistical software (R, SAS, STATA)
- Ability to work collaboratively in interdisciplinary research and policy environments
