About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide comprehensive outpatient care collaboratively with physicians and a multidisciplinary health team
- Assess, diagnose, treat, manage, educate, and promote health for patients and families with acute and chronic needs
- Extend physicians’ patient care and administrative services
- Conduct health assessments, determine diagnoses, implement treatment plans, prescribe medical treatments, and manage health issues
- Work autonomously and collaboratively to diagnose and manage patients’ healthcare problems
- Serve as a healthcare resource, interdisciplinary consultant, and patient advocate
- Coordinate multidisciplinary patient care and facilitate necessary consultations
- Interact with and assist the public professionally and courteously
- Communicate accurate and complete information while maintaining confidentiality
- Maintain positive relationships with coworkers, management, and ancillary departments
- Assist internal and external stakeholders with customer service
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- APRN: Master’s Degree in Nursing – Family Medicine
- APRN: Three (3) years of nursing experience
- APRN: Licensed Registered Nurse in Arkansas
- APRN: APRN License
- APRN: 1 year of APRN experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic
- PA: Master’s Degree – Physician Assistant
- PA: 1 year of PA experience in a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Clinic or Endocrine Clinic
- PA license/certification requirement indicated as “PA”
- Required license or certificate documentation
- List of three Professional References (name, email, business title)
- Resume
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
- Pre-employment screening, including criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification
