About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Generate and provide bi-weekly employee attendance reports to Clinical Services Managers
  • Generate attendance-related EDN documents and provide supportive policies for timely employee counseling
  • Monitor employee EDN status and document process completion in the UKG-WFM system
  • Track and report bi-weekly attendance disciplinary action metrics by unit
  • Identify, track, and report policy-application variation to the Workforce Management Specialist manager
  • Track and report compliance with shift requirements for IHA, PRN, and WEO Staff
  • Track core staff weekend and holiday call-ins to ensure makeup shifts are scheduled
  • Track and report workforce-related statistics as assigned
  • Prepare standard attendance Employee Disciplinary Notices in Workday for CSM review and action
  • Enter completed disciplinary actions in the UKG-WFM system
  • Resolve attendance discrepancies identified by CSMs
  • Communicate with staffing office, Clinical Payroll, and CSM to identify and resolve potential unpaid leave situations
  • Communicate employee discrepancies in compliance with work requirements to CSM for action
  • May perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree or HS diploma plus 4 years of experience
  • Strong work ethic and accountability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in medical terminology with basic computer skills
  • Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
  • Annual TB Screening, Criminal Background Check, Sex Offender Registry
  • List of three Professional References (name, email, business title)
