About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Answers telephones and coordinates appointments in a call center environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Three (3) years of customer service experience preferably in registration, billing, or scheduling in a healthcare environment
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology required
  • Intermediate proficiency with computers (MS Office Suite preferred)
  • Basic keyboard and telephone etiquette skills
  • General knowledge of office machines including printers and scanners
  • Experience working with EPIC system preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
  • Pre-employment screening including criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification
