  • Arkansas Medical License
  • Post-residency neurosurgeon
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
  • Curriculum Vitae required
  • List of three professional references, including name, email, and business title
  • Subject to pre-employment screening, including criminal background, drug testing, and/or education verification
