  • Apply pedagogical best practices, active learning, and supportive assessments
  • Develop syllabi, presentations, checklists, guides, and flipbooks
  • Coordinate educational-material review and approval
  • Establish partnerships to recruit learners and deliver trainings
  • Develop and implement data collection systems for reporting and quality monitoring
  • Serve as an expert trainer
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing plus four (4) years of project leadership/management experience required
  • Must have a current/active RN license
  • Familiarity with continuing education accreditation processes (CME, CNE, EMS CE)
  • Graphic design capabilities
  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Persons must have proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
