About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create timelines, set goals, and organize project documentation
  • Coordinate project and clinic activities, including scheduling meetings, assigning tasks, and supporting daily workflow
  • Monitor deadlines, deliverables, and report on project and clinic status
  • Serve as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, vendors, and clinic leadership
  • Maintain organized records, meeting notes, project files, and service line documentation
  • Support nursing administration and clinic operations
  • Order supplies, manage inventory, and support Frameworks purchasing processes
  • Process accounts payable items, including invoice tracking and follow-up
  • Support daily charge reconciliation for clinics
  • Maintain procurement contracts, equipment maintenance records, and service contracts
  • Manage procurement for projects and coordinate deliveries and pick-ups from off-site locations
  • Maintain phone lists, phone trees, voicemail boxes, clinic maintenance requests, and signage needs
  • Maintain staff licenses, certifications, and credential records
  • Maintain staff schedules, manage daily call-ins, and coordinate coverage
  • Support payroll activities, including timekeeping review and follow-up
  • Perform other duties as required

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in health, business, or a related field, or high school diploma plus four (4) years of project coordination or administrative support experience
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
  • Annual TB Screening
  • Criminal Background Check
  • Substance Abuse Testing
  • List of three Professional References (name, email, business title)
