About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate data collection across UAMS and two federally qualified health center (FQHC) partners
  • Work with the Program Director and Program Evaluator
  • Gather information from 15 UAMS primary care clinics, 14 Boston Mountain Rural Health Center clinics, and 7 East Arkansas Family Medical Center clinics
  • Collect, enter, and analyze project data
  • Administer a multi-page survey at least twice for every person receiving care from behavioral health case managers and/or behavioral health professionals hired for the project
  • Ensure all required data are entered into the SAMHSA SPARS database
  • Coordinate reports for executive committee review
  • Help ensure information is accurate and meets the funding agency’s evaluation and reporting requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in health, business, or a related field OR a high school diploma plus four (4) years of project coordination or administrative support experience
  • Grant management experience (preferred)
  • Previous survey work (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Workday business processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including intermediate to advanced skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to create charts and graphs
  • Ability to learn additional programs as needed, including Dropbox, Workday, and REDCap
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, listening, comprehension, and editing skills
  • Excellent accuracy and time management
  • Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple programs, adapt to changes, and maintain collaborative relationships
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
  • Annual TB Screening and Criminal Background Check
  • Education verification as part of pre-employment screening
