About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct patient care as an RN
- Coordinate and triage patient care
- Collaborate with clinic providers, fellows, and staff
- Work with patient referral sources
- Facilitate appointments and coordinate transitions of care
- Provide patient education on complex conditions
- Develop and implement individual health plans with patients, families, and care providers
- Deliver nursing care within the limits of the Nurse Practice Act of Arkansas and institutional policies
- Collect and document assessment data
- Develop, implement, and evaluate plans of care
- Administer medications and provide drug information
- Provide patient and family education and discharge planning
- Delegate care according to standards and legal and regulatory requirements
- Support clinical education and serve as a resource for student nurses and staff
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
What you’ll need- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program with an Associate's Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing
- Valid RN License
- Minimum of 1 year of Registered Nursing experience
- Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
- Annual TB Screening, Criminal Background Check, Substance Abuse Testing
- License or Certificate, list of three professional references, and resume required for application
