About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide direct clinical services including assessment, individual, family, and group EAP consultations
  • Provide crisis intervention and critical incident interventions to EAP clients, employees of contracted organizations, and employee teams
  • Provide direct and indirect clinical services in the office unless a remote work agreement is available upon hire
  • Serve as liaison to assigned contracted organizations' administration
  • Provide supervisory consultations, trainings, workshops, orientations, benefit marketing, and critical incident interventions or debriefings
  • Make decisions related to treatment planning and organizational consultations
  • Conduct mental health assessment, treatment, and referral activities
  • Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors, treatment team members, and assigned contracted organizations
  • Complete clinical and administrative processes and documentation in compliance with policies and procedures
  • Produce and provide trainings, workshops, and articles for employee education
  • Participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and continuing education activities
  • Maintain quality care coordination and professional licensure and/or certification

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
  • Current and valid license by the Arkansas Professional Board
  • LCSW or LPC licensure
  • Strong clinical judgment in treatment planning and organizational consultation
  • Extensive experience with mental health assessment, treatment, and referral processes
  • Proficient in crisis intervention and debriefing within organizational settings
  • Effective communicator with supervisory and training capabilities
  • Advanced technological proficiency and ability to adapt to evolving tools
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
  • License or Certificate, list of three professional references, and resume required for application
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening, including adult maltreatment, annual TB screening, child maltreatment, criminal background check, substance abuse testing, and education verification
