About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide direct clinical services, including assessment and individual, family, and group EAP consultations
Provide crisis intervention and critical incident interventions to EAP clients, employees of contracted organizations, and employee teams
Serve as liaison to assigned contracted organizations' administration
Provide supervisory consultations, trainings, workshops, orientations, benefit marketing, and critical incident interventions or debriefings
Make treatment-planning and organizational-consultation decisions
Conduct mental health assessment, treatment, and referral activities
Maintain ongoing communication with supervisors, treatment-team members, and assigned contracted organizations
Complete clinical and administrative documentation in compliance with policies and procedures
Produce and deliver trainings, workshops, and educational articles
Participate in staff meetings, trainings, supervision, and continuing education

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
Current and valid license by the Arkansas Professional Board
LCSW or LPC licensure
Strong clinical judgment in treatment planning and organizational consultation
Extensive experience with mental health assessment, treatment, and referral processes
Proficiency in crisis intervention and debriefing within organizational settings
Supervisory and training capabilities
Advanced technological proficiency and ability to adapt to evolving tools
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
License or Certificate, three professional references, and resume required for application
Pre-employment screening: Adult Maltreatment, Annual TB Screening, Child Maltreatment, Criminal Background Check, Substance Abuse Testing
