Key responsibilities & impact

Open, close, and reconcile the cashiering office daily in the Student Information System (SIS)
Post student payments and accurately process cash receipts for delivery to the Treasurer's Office
Reconcile online credit card payments, including enrollment deposits, tuition payments, and application fees, daily
Monitor the IDT account and post transactions in a timely manner
Answer phones, manage the filing system, sort, process, and log mail, scan paid-in-full documents, and respond to emails
Run reports for month-end reconciliations
Review BankMobile and Transact reports daily to resolve stale-dated checks, refund issues, credit card payments, payment plans, and related issues
Assist with special projects
Perform other duties as assigned

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in arts, business, or a related field plus three (3) years of administrative/clerical experience within an office environment, or High School diploma/GED plus seven (7) years of administrative/clerical experience within an office environment required
Proficient in Microsoft - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
Workday Student experience preferred
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
Criminal Background Check
