About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support and troubleshoot computer systems
Resolve software and hardware issues
Ensure business applications and IT systems operate efficiently
Support end users and monitor system performance
Administer various computer/telephony applications and maintain database information
Perform analysis, troubleshooting, data collection, and root cause analysis
Identify and implement potential solutions for system-related issues
Document supported applications and create user education documentation
Troubleshoot and correct basic computer/telephone issues for users
Perform regular system testing and correct identified problems through workflow processes
Manage assets and inventory for multiple departments
Research, analyze, facilitate, and implement business and system workflows
Identify best practices and implement standardization and process improvements
Manage projects, lead special projects, and manage assigned technical projects
Perform additional duties as assigned/requested

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or four (4) years of experience substituted in lieu of the degree
One (1) year of experience supporting and maintaining computer systems
Microsoft .Net, MS SQL or Oracle experience desirable
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Familiarity with Mitel or similar ACD phone system preferred
Epic preferred
Workforce management software preferred
Basic application/hardware computer troubleshooting preferred
Data compilation preferred
Proof of legal authority to work in the United States on the first day of employment
Annual TB Screening
