About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage organic social posting for the suite of Open Programmes
  • Create copy, select images using Canva, and post across social channels via Hootsuite or Flocker Display
  • Use Microsoft Dynamics CRM Insights to create segments, journeys, and targeted email communications
  • Provide basic web page editing support
  • Create regular newsletters and ad-hoc email marketing campaigns
  • Organise digital events such as faculty webinars
  • Assist with internal communications and promotional activities
  • Interact with key suppliers, including media agencies
  • Conduct market and competitor research projects
  • Source testimonials and guest blogs from faculty and participants
  • Edit and publish website blogs and social media content
  • Manage and maintain Corporate Open landing pages
  • Ensure embedded Microsoft Dynamics forms function correctly to capture and track leads
  • Contribute to JBSEEL values, team activities, and special projects
  • Report to the Digital Marketing Manager

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience working in an online marketing role including email marketing, social media, search marketing, and understanding of current trends and technologies
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding written communication skills and close attention to detail
  • Self-motivated, confident, and articulate
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge and experience using website content management systems (CMS)
  • Ability to demonstrate JBSEEL’s values
  • Familiarity with Hootsuite
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, particularly Microsoft Insights
  • Familiarity with Canva
  • Familiarity with WordPress
  • Familiarity with Photoshop
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and Facebook/Instagram
  • CIM qualification desirable
  • Experience with website and marketing analytics platforms desirable
  • Experience using Adobe products, including Photoshop/InDesign, desirable
  • Experience working with CRM databases desirable
  • WordPress familiarity preferred; training can be provided
