About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the University's approach to space intelligence, data insight and utilisation analytics
  • Own and develop the University's space intelligence capability
  • Bring together data from multiple sources to understand space usage, opportunities and future estate needs
  • Turn complex institutional data into clear, actionable insight
  • Influence space management, estate planning and investment decisions
  • Provide people leadership by managing and developing specialist staff
  • Establish and shape a modern, data-led approach to space intelligence
  • Develop analytical approaches and introduce business intelligence and visualisation tools
  • Ensure data becomes a strategic asset for delivering the University's Estates Strategy
  • Report to the Head of Space and Property Management
  • Support decision-making across an estate of more than 400 buildings across multiple campuses and locations

Requirements

What you’ll need
