About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide operational leadership and support for annual UHS immunization clinics across campus
- Advise divisional or executive leadership and coordinate administrative, operational, and financial activities
- Provide project management and coordination for strategic initiatives, including internal communications and communication strategies
- Oversee the UHS wellness vending program
- Partner with clinical executive leaders in Medical and Mental Health Services on operational initiatives and daily operational needs
- Identify process improvement opportunities and facilitate cross-unit collaboration
- Assist with establishing annual budget goals and priorities for revenues and expenditures
- Engage in strategic planning and policy development
- Help develop processes and procedures to improve the unit
- Supervise at least 2.0 full-time equivalent employees, including hiring, performance management, scheduling, and discipline
- Maintain related policies, procedures, and standards
- Manage compliance for the campus Immunization Disclosure policy and lead the UHS Campus Immunization Leadership Team
- Evaluate, design, and implement operations aligned with strategic direction
- Support IT management, including inventory tracking, ordering, and project management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in operations in an office setting, healthcare setting, higher education, or related field
- Experience working within a compliance or regulatory program, such as accreditation or similar program
- Previous supervision experience
- Experience coordinating complex programs, projects, or operational processes across multiple stakeholders or work units
- Experience developing and improving operational processes, systems or procedures, with the ability to interpret and apply policy and requirements
- Strong written, verbal, organizational and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle several projects or initiatives at the same time
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship by the effective date of appointment
- Finalists must provide at least three professional references, including at least one supervisory reference
- Employment may require a criminal background check and reference misconduct screening
