About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process and track resident/fellow and program expenditures, resolve discrepancies, and provide reports
  • Serve as a primary program contact and liaison with residents/fellows, faculty, the Institutional GME Office, affiliated teaching sites, and regulatory agencies
  • Advise residents/fellows on program and institutional policies and procedures
  • Coordinate curriculum, evaluations, teaching sessions, rotation schedules, and call schedules
  • Maintain accurate curriculum, evaluation, and participation records
  • Participate in Institutional GME Office orientations, the annual GME retreat, the Program Coordinator Subcommittee, and other professional opportunities
  • Shadow GME program administrative reviews one to two times per year
  • Manage HR lifecycle workflow from resident/fellow recruitment through alumni
  • Maintain understanding of accreditation, regulatory, hospital, and program requirements to support compliance
  • Support resident financial reimbursement processing, onboarding, faculty call and attending schedules, evaluations, and resident recruitment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience with event or meeting planning and coordination
  • Experience working with financial information, including updating, reviewing and/or maintaining budgets
  • Valid driver's license
  • Successful completion of a Pre-hire Driver Authorization Check
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision
  • Strong organizational, verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, and problem solving skills
  • Strong writing and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing methods, requirements and priorities and handle multiple tasks effectively and on time
  • Professionalism, initiative, collaboration, flexibility, and personal accountability
  • Continuous eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
