About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Orient department and affiliate site coordinators and teaching faculty to curriculum, policies, and logistics
  • Maintain accurate records of curriculum, evaluations, and participation
  • Schedule evaluations, assessments, teaching sessions, academic year calendars, and clinical rotation schedules
  • Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of curriculum, evaluations, and computer-based and performance-based assessments
  • Potentially manage the unit budget and approve unit expenditures
  • Maintain understanding of accreditation, regulatory, hospital, clinical setting, and program requirements and policies
  • Partner with faculty and educational leaders on learner engagement, career development, and physician pipeline initiatives
  • Advise learners on program and institutional policies and procedures
  • Serve as primary program contact with institutional offices and affiliated teaching sites in and out of Wisconsin
  • Support undergraduate medical education, clinical learning experiences, educational programming, data management, reporting, process improvement, and technology-enabled curriculum delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2 years relevant work experience in medical education administration or related field
  • Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel for data management, tracking, reporting, and analysis
  • Highly adept at using video conferencing platforms, presentation programs, calendaring systems, and collaborative productivity tools, including Google Workspace
  • Demonstrated experience using Qualtrics or similar survey platforms to administer evaluations, collect and analyze data, and support reporting and continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and problem solve
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to adapt to a changing work environment
  • University sponsorship is not available; must be continuously eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship
