About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Coordinate activities of research teams, community partners, and external vendors
  • Schedule meetings and facilitate communications among project stakeholders

  • Conduct qualitative interviews in English and Spanish
  • Support patient outreach and navigation
  • Support data collection, management, coding, and dissemination
  • Monitor data management team activities
  • Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and refine project plans, systems, and protocols
  • Maintain project systems throughout project lifecycles
  • Develop, schedule, coordinate, and prioritize project work plans
  • Serve as the initial point of contact and represent projects on committees and at meetings
  • Analyze data and trends, compile progress reports, and provide recommendations or conclusions
  • Develop, enhance, and maintain operational standards and systems
  • Establish, monitor, coordinate, and control project budgets versus actual expenditures and budget reporting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Experience coordinating activities, meetings, events, or projects involving multiple parties and competing priorities
  • Demonstrated success building collaborative relationships across multiple groups
  • Must work remotely from an offsite, non-campus work location
  • Must provide a valid driver's license
  • Must pass an initial caregiver check under the Wisconsin Caregiver Law and every four years
  • Employment is conditional on passing a Pre-hire Driver Authorization Check
  • Continuous eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Preferred proficiency with data management, reporting, survey administration, or analysis tools, including documentation, project metrics, and compliance-related activities
