About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate the day-to-day implementation of a two-year, externally funded research project in organizational behavior
- Coordinate study timelines and data collection
- Prepare and maintain IRB submissions, amendments, and research documentation
- Coordinate participant recruitment and payments
- Support development, pretesting, piloting, and launch of research materials
- Maintain organized study data and materials
- Implement quality-control procedures
- Coordinate research-assistant workflows
- Assist with data management, cleaning, documentation, research reports, and other outputs
- Conduct experiments or interviews, collect and analyze data, and document results according to established protocols
- Maintain research records according to established policies and procedures
- Compose and organize research reports and manuscripts
- Track supply and equipment inventory and place replenishment orders
- Schedule logistics and secure resources for research supplies, equipment, and facilities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience coordinating or supporting research projects
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and project details independently
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate research records and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with faculty, students, and other members of a research team
- Eligibility to work in the United States without employer sponsorship on or before the effective date of appointment
- Employment may require a criminal background check
- References may be requested of final candidates
