Key responsibilities & impact

  • Monitor the unit or program budget and approve expenditures
  • Supervise strategic planning initiatives and objectives
  • Review recommendations and provide input on new outreach programs or services

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Education and experience in leading primary substance use prevention services
  • Experience participating in work groups or committees related to prevention activities with internal and external parties
  • Experience with contract administration
  • Experience organizing, coordinating, or facilitating training or technical assistance
  • Experience with behavioral health program development, public health initiatives, or community coalition leadership
  • Must provide a valid driver's license
  • Employment conditional on a Pre-hire Driver Authorization Check
  • Must be continuously eligible to work in the United States without employer sponsorship through October 18, 2027
  • Cover letter required, up to 2 pages
  • Resume required, up to 2 pages
