About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supports the accurate maintenance of the supply inventory
  • Daily restocking of shelves
  • Rotates inventory
  • Performs cycle counts or other inventories
  • Notifies Supervisor of outdates or slow moving inventory
  • Supports and maintains inventory level for 3rd party system or Lawson Par locations
  • Provides basic troubleshooting for automated inventory management systems
  • Maintains clean and orderly stock locations
  • Maintains professional image when assisting customers in person or by phone on VOCERA
  • Processes shipments to stock or delivers supplies
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Performs basic Lawson functions
  • Assists in packing case carts as needed
  • Assists the Supply Chain Supervisor to organize and maintain all Supply Rooms
  • Delivers supplies, maintains par levels, fills requisitions, and responds to requests
  • Provides optimal service to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school or GED required
  • Associate’s or Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Minimum of Two (2) years Supply Chain related experience preferred
  • Team Management and/or Project Management preferred
  • Must keep abreast of current trends/changes related to technology within healthcare
  • Basic Lawson functions
  • Basic knowledge of 3rd party system utilized at facility
  • Able to provide basic trouble shooting for all automated inventory management systems
