About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Run recruitment end to end with the hiring manager, including sourcing, interviews, and offers
  • Manage approximately 15 hires this year
  • Rebuild onboarding with a more digital, fun, and memorable experience
  • Own onboarding design, delivery, and testing
  • Strengthen Up Hellas's employer brand through employee stories, relationships with Greek universities, and career-day presence
  • Prepare employees to represent the company to students and at conferences

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2–3 years in talent acquisition, in-house or agency
  • Workable, or something similar you picked up fast
  • Fluent English
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Proactive, can-do attitude
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Eager to learn and grow
