About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide graphic design support to customers
- Review customer designs to ensure they meet printing standards
- Modify customer graphic designs according to product requirements and production standards
- Design graphics according to customer needs and printing processes
- Contact customers when necessary to agree on design changes
- Gather feedback affecting products, processes, services, and customer experience
- Report findings to the Team Leader and Escalation teams
- Achieve targets set by the team leader or manager
- Apply a customer-satisfaction-oriented approach to daily tasks
- Perform additional tasks requested by the team leader or manager
- Participate in activities supporting continuous improvement of role-related skills
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the company's product catalogue to provide relevant customer guidance
Requirements
What you’ll need- High level of proficiency with commercial design software, including Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Acrobat, Affinity, and Canva
- Creative skills in providing design support to clients
- In-depth knowledge of InDesign for multi-page graphics such as catalogues, books, and magazines
- Strong ethical behaviour and commitment to quality excellence
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to adapt to new software applications
- Fluent verbal and written communication in Spanish
- Fluent verbal and written communication in English or French is a plus
- Willingness to collaborate
