About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for daily onboarding, software access requests, and ground training
  • Manage delivery or deployment of contracted services to ensure SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded
  • Support business products by collaborating with vendors, customers, and internal support groups
  • Manage daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, order processing, supplier procurement, inventory, staffing, inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, and profitability
  • Retain and strengthen vendor relationships, including face-to-face interactions
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities
  • Provide support to field stocking locations, agent locations across multiple geographies, and the provider network
  • Provide functional expertise and share factual information with team members
  • Assess straightforward problems and propose solutions based on analysis, experience, judgment, and precedents
  • May supervise others as a player coach, with primary focus on individual expertise

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Requires at least a year of experience in Warehousing Shipping & Receiving
  • Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Communication skills
  • Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems)
  • Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • PITO Certified - Preferred
  • Bilingual skills - Preferred
  • Mid, 2nd, and 3rd shift coverage depending on business needs
