About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the HR team with administrative and organizational tasks
- Manage HR-related processes for employees working night shifts
- Prepare certificates, references, and other HR documents
- Maintain and update employee master data in the HR management system
- Support the preparation and follow-up of employee meetings and personnel measures
- Process new hires, departures, and transfers
- Contribute to HR projects and operational personnel matters
- Act as a contact for employees and managers on various HR-related questions
Requirements
What you’ll need- You are ideally studying business administration, human resources management, business psychology, or a comparable degree program
- You are interested in HR topics and would like to gain practical experience in human resources
- You work independently, in a structured manner, and reliably
- You are communicative, service-oriented, and enjoy working as part of a team
- You are familiar with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- You have excellent written and spoken German skills
- You are available for an internship of at least six months
