Serve as the primary point of contact for current and prospective customers
Support customers with logistics-related inquiries and provide high-quality service

Identify and maximize opportunities within the existing business portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum qualification: Vocational Training Certificate (Intermediate or Advanced Level)
Completed or ongoing university studies will be considered an advantage
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics sector
Excellent communication skills
Intermediate level of English
Knowledge of Catalan will be considered a plus
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
Strong business needs identification and analysis skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Flexibility with working hours
The schedule for this role may be either 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM or 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
