Key responsibilities & impact

Supervise, train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production, and attendance
Set and maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety
Provide innovative and effective leadership and cultivate working relationships with personnel throughout the organization
Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and customers
Facilitate training with new and current employees
Ensure compliance with safety policies, procedures, department, station, corporate, and local government requirements
Manage department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency
Establish and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment
Implement employee personal development plans
Ensure employees receive orientation, skills and safety training, materials, information, evaluations, and coaching

Requirements

What you’ll need

Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
Availability to work flexible shift hours, five days per week
Strong oral and written communication skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
Management experience - Preferred
