Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Strong track record in B2B sales, business development, strategic partnerships, solutions, or a related commercial role
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise sales, business development, account development, or related work
  • Understanding of supply chain, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or similar operational environments
  • Experience navigating large, complex customer organizations
  • Ability to clearly articulate value, build compelling business cases, negotiate effectively, and influence senior leaders
  • Ability to work effectively across teams and influence without direct authority
  • Ability to thrive in a large, global, matrixed organization
  • Willingness to travel based on customer and business needs
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, supply chain, engineering, or a related field is preferred
