About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage delivery or deployment of contracted services to customers
  • Ensure SLAs and KPIs defined in contracts are met or exceeded
  • Collaborate with vendors, customers, and internal support groups
  • Manage daily facility activities related to government compliance, inbound receipts, kitting, order processing, supplier procurement, inventory, staffing, inspections, employee engagement, development, safety, security, and profitability
  • Perform financial activities including forecasting, allocations, adjustments, and annual business planning
  • Retain and strengthen customer relationships, including face-to-face customer service
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to improve operational efficiency, effectiveness, and capabilities
  • Support field stocking locations, agent locations across multiple geographies, and the provider network
  • Deliver hands-on work related to core UPS business operations
  • Follow established processes and procedures to execute work efficiently and safely
  • Complete assigned tasks with a moderate degree of supervision

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
  • Skills developed through formal training or work experience
  • May be required to operate powered industrial equipment
