About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure successful execution and implementation of customized solutions and organizational initiatives
  • Leverage advanced root cause analysis, reporting, KPIs, SLAs, internal cross-functional teams, and partner vendor relationships
  • Lead, manage, and coordinate delivery of customer experience for information technology services, support, and project deployments
  • Perform coding, programming, and/or integration with external customer technology and systems as needed
  • Manage cost, staffing, equipment inventory, system compliance, safety, and security of hardware, software, automation, and network infrastructure
  • Provide technical training and development to departmental resources and customers
  • Plan, monitor, and adjust expenses to meet financial expectations and organizational metrics
  • Establish and maintain professional customer relationships through face-to-face engagement, collaboration, and consultation
  • Initiate, deploy, and track projects and support services 24x7
  • Perform technical, analytical, or maintenance work within standard operating procedures and with moderate supervision

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to communicate highly technical information to both technical and non-technical users
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems (operating systems/software)
  • Experience with VPN, Remote Desktop Apps, Active Directory and various Web browsers - Preferred
  • Technical Certifications such as A+, Network+ - Preferred
  • Technical work experience - Preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting thermal printers - preferred
  • Ability to grasp, lift, lower, push, pull, carry and manipulate equipment, packages or parts weighing up to 70 pounds - Required
  • Ability to travel by car to various UPS facilities - Required
  • Must have a valid driver's license - Required
  • Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself - Required
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer
