About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and prioritize the product roadmap against business and user needs
- Work with engineering and design to define, scope, and ship features
- Translate product goals into clear requirements and prioritized actionable tickets
- Partner with engineering on feasibility, technical tradeoffs, technical debt, and new capabilities
- Use user feedback and data to make product decisions within system constraints
- Define and track product metrics and monitor product health
- Represent the user in product decisions while considering business needs
- Manage engineering work including ticket quality, task organization, and backlog execution
- Run sprint ceremonies and maintain alignment on current, blocked, and upcoming work
- Use the analytics platform daily to uncover insights and drive key metrics
- Partner with the CEO and Head of Engineering on priorities, follow-ups, and product/team operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experienced Product Manager with a track record of shipping in a startup or consumer product environment
- Ideally a technical background in engineering, computer science, data, or equivalent hands-on product/technology experience
- Technical fluency in APIs, architecture, performance, and engineering constraints
- Ability to balance user needs, business priorities, and engineering constraints
- Comfortable switching between strategy, execution, and team coordination
- Data-informed and decisive when data is incomplete
- Clear communication and stakeholder alignment skills
- Understanding of social media or consumer platforms from the user’s perspective
- Comfortable owning tickets, organization, sprint rhythm, and delivery hygiene
- Comfortable using analytics tools daily to identify product problems and opportunities
- Product design experience or comfort with tools such as Figma is a plus
- Legal right to work in the stated location
- Visa sponsorship is not currently offered
