About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage day-to-day health plan relationships, program commitments and client communications
  • Coordinate onboarding and ongoing delivery with clinical, outreach, scheduling, operations and data teams
  • Monitor service levels, volumes, quality and deadlines
  • Resolve issues before they become client escalations
  • Lead business reviews with performance insights, action plans and accountable follow-through
  • Keep client expectations, internal priorities and contractual deliverables aligned
  • Connect payer priorities with operational delivery
  • Turn performance data and client feedback into action

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Relevant healthcare account management, client services or program operations experience, ideally five or more years
  • Direct experience supporting Medicare or Medicaid programs
  • Practical knowledge of risk adjustment, HEDIS/quality improvement, care-gap closure or related value-based care programs
  • Strong follow-through across multiple workstreams
  • Confidence translating reports into client-facing recommendations
  • Clear communication
  • Sound judgment with sensitive health information
  • Proficiency with Excel or comparable reporting tools
  • Experience with in-home, mobile or virtual assessment programs is a plus
